Name, email address, phone number, and organisation details you provide when contacting us, signing up for updates, or entering a partnership agreement.

Usage & device data

Browser type, pages visited, time on site, and device identifiers collected automatically via standard web analytics tools (e.g. anonymised IP address, session duration).

Stove & fuel usage data

Anonymised IoT heat-sensor readings collected from Comet stoves for our carbon MRV methodology. No personally identifiable household data is transmitted without explicit consent.

To respond to enquiries and manage partner or investor relationships
To send product updates and impact reports you have requested
To improve our website and services through aggregated analytics
To generate verified carbon credit data under our CLEAR MRV framework
